Our client is a Hong Kong based FinTech firm, and aim to transform traditional credit services through online and mobile lending experiences. They have investors from large organisations, including a venture capital firm from Silicon Valley.
They are an international team of fun and hardworking individuals, working together in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Our client is looking for entrepreneurial-minded, proactive and ambitious individuals to join their team.
Provide a high level of administrative support:
- Managing calendars and daily routine
- Handling team travel arrangements and accommodations
- Organizing meetings - booking rooms, scheduling appointments, RSVP list, room preparation, gathering information material, etc.
- Process expense reports, reconciliation and appropriate follow-up
- Other administrative routine or sundry duties as required (maintain files, correspondence, phone coverage for department)
- Compiling memos, letters, presentations and reports
- Acquiring and applying a strong knowledge of computer applications required of the role
- Responding to requests for information promptly and accurately
- To assist in preparation of meeting, reporting and presentation materials
- Diploma or above
- 3 years or above work experience in secretarial and executive support
- Good English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a MUST
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint,
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a responsible team-player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
