Our client is a Hong Kong Real Estate Fundhouse, located in Central. Main investment focus is in real estate, private equity funds and direct investments.
They are currently looking to hire a 3-5 years experience candidate, to handle both Executive Assistant and Admin duties. Office size is around five people and will assist on travel arrangements, calendar, meetings, and handling the CEO's matters as well, and supporting on office admin. Ideally, someone who has worked in similar size office and has a good sense of teamwork.
Provide a high level of administrative support:
- Managing the director's calendar, meetings, calls
- Making travel arrangements for the operations team
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda, minutes, as well as meeting and presentation materials.
- To assist immediate supervisor to provide office administration services to the individual department.
- To coordinate and administer purchasing activities and pursue optimal inventory management..
- Assist daily office operation and facilities administrative tasks including:
- Minimum of 2 years with solid working experience in office administration field
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- A good team player, fast learner with good communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented
