The Company

Our client is an American Organization, specialising within Management Consulting. This role is located in Hong Kong and will join their Research team and responsible for arranging connections between Clients and internal members, facilitating engagements and working closely with the client facing team.

This role will need excellent English and Chinese.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate interactions between clients and requested Council Members (experts)
  • Navigate requests with complex compliance requirements and client-specific preferences
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with Research partners
  • Successfully execute against project objectives, seeing each project through to completion
  • Align with and develop deep understanding of a specific end-client market
  • Appreciate the urgency of competing projects and prioritize accordingly
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Handling team travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Organizing meetings - booking rooms, scheduling appointments, RSVP list, room preparation, gathering information material, etc.
  • Completing assignments accurately, confidentially, within the required deadlines and conducting appropriate follow-up
  • Conducting research and organizing mail out of marketing materials and PR literature
  • Process expense reports, reconciliation and appropriate follow-up

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.)
  • 0-2 years of work experience preferably working internet research/head hunting/ recruitment /market research
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top tier university
  • At least business level proficiency in Mandarin and fluency in English
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral and written abilities;
  • Demonstrate commitment and attention to detail, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Passion for fast-paced learning, especially in a technology-enabled environment;
  • Passion for sales and conversation, especially a successful track record in phone sales or outreach;
  • Ability to communicate and manage relationships across the full professional spectrum including senior colleagues and extremely senior outside professionals;
  • Interest in building a business and in all business-building related activities.
