The Role


We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual to join our efficient, passionate and fast paced administrative team in Hong Kong. You will report to the Lead Admin and work in a team of 6 administrative staff. Your main responsibilities will entail;



  • Providing general administrative support to a team of 6-7 Recruitment Consultants

  • Scheduling and managing your recruitment consultant's diaries with interview appointments and meetings with their candidates

  • Answering telephone enquiries from clients and candidates and on rotation basis covering reception duty

  • Managing your team's advertising and allocation of responses on a daily and weekly basis

  • Providing payroll administration support between candidates and overseas office

  • Assist in organising events for your team and the branch as and when required

Your Profile


If you have the confidence, attention to detail and drive to join as an administrative support staff we would like you to have had few of the following details in your profile;



  • We would like you to have had experience working in an administrative role, if you have done a similar job within the same industry it would be an added advantage but fresh graduate with good attitude is also welcomed.

  • Your educational qualification should involve a Diploma, degree or work experience that involved Overseas exposure

  • Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required to be successful in this role

  • Quick on the keyboard with a minimum Typing speed of 60wpm

  • Gracious and a polite telephone manner are required along with a corporate sharp presentation

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese are required
