The Company

Our client is Private Equity located in Central. They are now looking for an executive assistant to support the Chairman on daily business. Successful candidate will be supporting Chairman along with 1 Senior EA.

The Role

Major responsibilities include:

  • Provide Admin Support to Chairman for business as well as personal matter
  • Equipment management, ordering stationary and ensure everything run smoothly
  • Arrange the logistics and scheduling of business events and meetings
  • Prepare correspondences and documents in English and Chinese 
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms, coordinate travel arrangements and greet guests
  • Write emails and general administrative duties

Your Profile

To be successful you will have:

  • Admin experience: Maximum 5 years of experience within banking and finance industry. Preferably from small to medium size firm
  • Bachelor degree
  • Able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, responsible, well-organized, meticulous with details and accuracy, flexible and with professional manner
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
  • Proven ability as a flexible and adaptable person
  • A helpful and intelligent approach to daily challenges
