The Company

Our client is a well-established, international organisation that is responsible for pension funds, and one of the world largest institutional investors. With almost 30 years since establishment, they are looking for someone to uphold their standards and perform to their expectations.

The Role

  • Provide all-rounded administrative support to the HR team
  • Maintain the HR system like data entry, update and review
  • Assist in end to end recruitment process including job ad posting, arranging interview and confirmation letter
  • Arrange training/workshop for the company
  • Handle filing, document review and drafting
  • Responsible for internal and external communication
  • Handle incoming calls, customer requests and enquiries, greeting visitors, mailing, fax and documents distribution & courier service arrangement
  • Maintain reception desk, guest seating area and conference rooms neat and tidy
  • Ad hoc duties

Your Profile

  • Near native English, fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR
  • Proactive, responsible, smart, flexible with a "can do" attitude
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines independently
  • Solid experience as receptionist / customer service would be an advantage
  • Good telephone and customer service manner
  • Great sense of responsibility, well-organized and have ability to handle multiple tasks
