The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual to join our efficient, passionate and fast paced administrative team in Hong Kong. You will report to the Office manager and work in a team of 9 administrative staff. Your main responsibilities will entail;

  • Greet, direct and announce visitors appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers
  • Manage conference room books and send invites
  • Assist with the maintenance and organization of the conference rooms
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat and clean manner at all times
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned
  • Providing general administrative support to Recruitment Consultants
  • Scheduling and managing your recruitment consultant's diaries with interview appointments and meetings with their candidates and clients respectively
  • Assist in organising events for your team and the branch as and when required

If you have the confidence, attention to detail and drive to join as an administrative support staff we would like you to have had few of the following details in your profile;

  • We would like you to have had a minimum of 3 years' experience as a receptionist, experience working in an administrative role, if you have done a similar job within the same industry it would be an added advantage
  • Your educational qualification should involve a Diploma, degree or work experience that involved Overseas exposure
  • Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required to be successful in this role
  • Quick on the keyboard with a minimum Typing speed of 40wpm
  • Gracious and a polite telephone manner are required along with a corporate sharp presentation
  • Since you will be dealing with people strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese are required
