The Company

Our client, a global association of professionals in Anti-Money Laundering is looking for a Customer Care Executive with 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service to join their HK office. 5-day work week in a good location. This role has the possibility to extend and will start immediately.

The Role

As a Customer Care Executive your duties are to assist the Operation Manager in:

Membership Services Management:

  • input and extract data from the data management system (SalesForce.com)
  • manage/handle membership questions
  • process exam applications from members and schedule exam

Sales Support:

  • issue invoices and receipts

Administration:

  • handle administrative requests from Asia branch office or partners

Requirements

  • Proficient in the data management system (SalesForce.com)
  • 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service
  • A "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude to get things done - either to meet individual or team objectives/goals
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot table), Word (mail merge) and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (reading, speaking and writing)
  • Attention to detail
  • University degree in any discipline. Major in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Computing is favourable
