Job Summary

Our client is looking for an energetic, innovative, and data-driven digital data analyst. You must have hands-on experience in the latest digital technologies and best-practices, including web/app data capture and analytics, data-driven UX/UI optimization, campaign evaluation, etc. You will be the go-to-expert for web/app analytics, and will play a driving role in whole or parts of existing digital projects.

You will be working in a dynamic cross-functional team, with the opportunity to transform the company's digital landscape. This team is responsible for ideating and developing digital business solutions to enable new avenues for sales and customer-servicing. While recently formed, this team has a track record in delivering impactful business results


  • Work with multiple departments to understand business requirements and facilitate self-service dashboards of timely, reliable web analytics and user registration data
  • Strong in interpretation of data to understand audience, develop marketing strategies to present data insights/findings in a meaningful, visual way to help guide product, sales and marketing decisions
  • Able to connect Online & Offline data sources to perform deeper analyses and deliver actionable insights
  • Ensure correct definition and implementation of tagging and instrumentation
  • Drive performance tracking and evaluation of digital channels, including conversion and usage behavior tracking - with the goal to provide ongoing and actionable recommendations for future development and enhancement
  • Contribute to content creation and planning, including SEO, SEM, Display, Programmatic, Social & Affiliate
  • Review, recruit, and build vendor & agency relationships (e.g. development vendor, digital agency, software solutions)
  • Interpret business/industry opportunities to recommend and execute best practices-based and commercially-viable digital solutions and ongoing enhancements. You will drive a Test-and-Learn culture


  • 5+ years of experience in a digital data analytics role, either in-house, consultancy, or agency-side, ideally with international exposure
    • Strong Subject Matter Expertise in online and mobile channels, with experience working with:
    • Major web/app tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager)
    • Marketing automation, digital marketing, and social media marketing
    • (A plus) Data mining and modeling experience with knowledge in statistical / scripting languages: Python, R, SAS, MySQL
  • Strong commercial aptitude. Able to balance risk-and-rewards to manage profitability and burn-rate for digital projects
  • Analytical and intellectually curious, with a strong sense for business and platform performance tracking metrics
  • Dynamic team player, with a strong sense of ownership and drive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. A cross-functional influencer with the ability to build strong business and working relationships with internal and external parties, and comfortable communicating ideas to all levels of stakeholders
