- Provide L1 high quality support to external client
- Work close with L2 and L3 support to ensure effective escalation of large scale, high impact issues
- Inform client facing team of incidents and events in their business lines
- Take ownership over incidents and events and record it in the ticketing system
- Bachelor Degree holder of Computer Science or Information Technology
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in L1 helpdesk support
- Sound experience installing and configuring Windows OS, networked and local printers, and business applications.
- Experience with IT support ticketing systems.
- Good knowledge of basic TCP/IP networking concepts.
- Excellent Communication skill in English and Mandarin
- You must be immediately available or in a short notice.
