Our client is a fast growing company looking for your brilliance as a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users. If you are creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment, this could be the ideal opportunity to fast-track your career.

The Role

  • Provide L1 high quality support to external client
  • Work close with L2 and L3 support to ensure effective escalation of large scale, high impact issues
  • Inform client facing team of incidents and events in their business lines
  • Take ownership over incidents and events and record it in the ticketing system

Your Profile

  • Bachelor Degree holder of Computer Science or Information Technology
  • At least 3-5 years of solid experience in L1 helpdesk support
  • Sound experience installing and configuring Windows OS, networked and local printers, and business applications.
  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems.
  • Good knowledge of basic TCP/IP networking concepts.
  • Excellent Communication skill in English and Mandarin
  • You must be immediately available or in a short notice.
