Our client is one of the world's largest banking client.
Review business cases to ensure high quality inputs and alignment with enterprise roadmap and regional strategy
Ensure that the projects defined in the business cases are valid, prioritized, funded and resourced for success
Actively work with business owners and sponsors to mobilize the roadmap as per plan
Monitor and control project progress at an enterprise level and provide regular reports on portfolio health.
Portfolio Review & Reporting
Review of the pipeline of work and allocate PMO resources against projects
Assess the portfolio and report key delivery risks, issues and dependencies via portfolio governance
Consulting stakeholders regarding implications of re-prioritizations on delivery
Perform periodic audit and assessment of strategic projects
Define and manage high quality regular executive reporting to enable clear understanding of portfolio status and enable informed decisions
Define and implement an effective portfolio governance framework
Develop and maintain close relationships with Head Office
To be considered for this role you must have:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in project management ideally PMO sort of environment.
- Core Banking Integration/Migration project.
- Experienced in Reviewing Business cases, Project Delivery, Portfolio review & reporting.
