The Company

Our client is a Hong Kong based property consulting firm

The Role

    • Perform office administrative support
    • Provide a full spectrum of professional administrative support for the HK office including office supplies procurement, payment process, filing system, etc;
    • Perform general receptionist duties such as operation of telephone system, greeting visitors, dealing with incoming and outgoing email, fax, courier and mailing;
    • Liaise with various vendors (including travel arrangement, office supplies, insurance, and landlord for contract renewal, auditor., etc);
    • Maintain tidiness, safety and security working environment;
    • Handle ad-hoc project assigned by supervisor

Your Profile

  • Degree holder with 2 to 4 years relevant working experiences
  • Good PC Skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Flexible, presentable and responsible
  • Can work under pressure and face-paced environment
  • Patient, well organized and detail oriented
  • Be honest, responsible and trustworthy
