Our client is a foreign trading firm.
They are currently seeking for an Office Admin & HR Manager to join them to support daily operation of the team.
- Manage the full spectrum of daily HR operations such as on/off-boarding, payroll, MPF calculation, attendance record, and expense reimbursement
- Monitor the full spectrum of office administration function such as office suppliers sourcing, maintenance & repair, office environment upgrading, licenses renewal and liaison of service providers
- Provide secretarial support to Senior Managers
- Maintain and periodic review office administration operation and procedures
- Ensure tidiness of meeting rooms and reception area
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese
- Good priority management with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
