The Company

Our client is an international fin-tech company and one of the leaders in the industry. They are looking for an Accounting and Administration Manager to start immediately. It is a 6-month contract with a view to permanency.

The Role

  • Ensure Accounts Payable are processed efficiently
  • Record and prepare bank entries and monthly reconciliations
  • Prepare and enter recurring and non-recurring monthly journal entries
  • Assist with month/quarter/year end closes for the Asia/Pacific entities
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet analysis for all Balance Sheet Accounts
  • Accounts Receivable -follow up with clients
  • Experience with Software Capitalization & Equity Based Compensation
  • Assist with Asia/Pacific year-end audits and financial reporting
  • Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Ad-hoc reporting and special projects
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from employees
  • Managing and routing office communications, letters and documents
  • Preserving office records
  • Conducting employee orientation
  • Updating office manuals and brochures
  • Managing electronic and printed files
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

Your Profile

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-5 years' experience in Accounting
  • IFRS and NetSuite experience is preferable
  • Team player and good communication skill
  • Fluent English and Chinese
  • Immediately available
